1. Agreement to Terms

2. Account Sharing and Copyrights

  • If you break this rule, we will block your account permanently. You will not get any refund, and we may take legal action against you.

3. Accurate Information and Location

  • You must provide your correct home country and personal details when signing up.
  • We have the right to ask for proof of your location if needed.
  • If you give us false information, we may suspend your account.
  • Prices of our services may change from country to country due to local taxes, local agents, or company policies.

4. Refund Policy

You can get a refund in only one situation:

  • If you paid for a course or product, but it was not added to your account, and you ask for a refund within 24 hours of payment.
  • Once the course is added to your account, you cannot get a refund under any circumstances, even if it has been less than 24 hours.

5. No-Refund Situations

You cannot get your money back if:

  • The course material is already active and available in your account.
  • You cannot watch the course due to personal reasons (such as not having a computer, being busy, or being sick).
  • You cannot finish the course for any reason (such as family emergencies or simply not liking the content).
  • Our technical support team finds that the issue with playing videos is from your own device or internet connection.
  • You break any rule in this agreement.

6. System Errors and Mistakes

  • If we send you a link or activate a paid course in your account by mistake (without you paying for it), we have the right to remove it immediately without telling you. You cannot ask for compensation.

7. Respectful Behavior

  • You must be polite and respectful when writing comments or talking to our support team.
  • Using bad language, insults, or rude behavior will get your account blocked permanently without a refund. We may also take legal action.

8. Prices and Discounts

  • We can change our prices and offer discounts at any time.
  • If you buy a course at full price, you cannot ask for a refund or discount if we lower the price later.

9. Article Submission Rules

If you write and submit an article for our website, we promise to keep your name as the author. However, we have the right to:

  • Edit, correct, or change the article to fix spelling mistakes or remove outdated/harmful information.
  • Change the layout, headings, and structure of the article.
  • Share the article on our social media pages.
  • Remove external links or add our own marketing and internal links.
  • Translate your article into other languages.
  • Delete the article if we find it contains false science or unreliable sources.
  • Reject requests to delete or edit the article after publishing if there is no good reason.
  • We do not pay for submitted articles unless we agreed on a payment in writing beforehand.

10. Changes to This Agreement

  • We can change, add, or delete any part of these terms at any time without telling you first. Please check this page regularly before buying anything.

11. Right to Block Accounts

  • We have the right to stop your subscription and block your account without any refund if you break any of the rules in this agreement.
