1. The Only Case Where You Can Get a Refund

• You paid for a course, exam, or product, but it was never added or activated in your account after payment.
• You must submit your refund request within 24 hours of the purchase.
• After 24 hours, no refund requests will be accepted for any reason.

2. Situations Where You Cannot Get a Refund

You are not eligible for a refund if:

• Content is activated: The course, exam, or product has been added to your account and is available, even if you have not watched anything yet.
• Personal reasons: You cannot access the content due to your own personal circumstances, such as not having a device, being busy, or traveling.
• Health or family emergencies: You could not complete the course due to illness, a family bereavement, or any other personal emergency.
• Not satisfied with the content: Not liking the course or feeling it was not useful is not a valid reason for a refund.
• Technical issues on your end: Our support team confirms that the problem with playing the videos is caused by your device or your internet connection.
• Breaking the terms of service: Your account was suspended due to account sharing, publishing content illegally, or abusive behavior — no refund will be issued.
• System error removals: If a paid course was accidentally activated in your account without payment and then removed by our team, you are not entitled to any compensation.

3. Discounts and Pricing Policy

• If you buy a course at full price and we apply a discount to it later, you cannot ask for the price difference or a partial refund.
• Discounts apply only to new purchases and are not applied to previous ones.

5. Refund Processing Time

• The refund will be returned using the same payment method you used when purchasing.
